Co-created a monthly dashboard that measures a Fortune 500 Tech Companies Global Communications Teams outputs that support and align with the team's North Star mission. Every month we aggregate data onto the dashboard and provide insights around month-to-month and quarterly performance. • Assembled a monthly social media report for a major U.S. airline using Brandwatch and unique insights to evaluate their month-to-month performance across social media platforms -
Assisted in auditing external and internal communications based on content quality, brand alignment, topic, audience, format, length, tone, and client’s key priorities
